Common questions
How long can a session run?
For hours: LongScribe is built for long sermons, lessons and lectures, and keeps going for as long as the conversation lasts. Everything is saved as it goes. For sessions of several hours, keep the iPhone plugged in, as you would for any long recording.
Start is greyed out.
The speech language has not finished downloading. Tap the language button above Start and wait until both languages show Ready. This needs an internet connection once; after that, none.
The translation does not appear.
Check that translation is on (the translate button at the top right) and that the translation language shows Ready under the language button. Translation catches up on its own if it falls behind.
Will it keep going when the screen locks?
Yes. Transcription continues while the phone is locked. Translation of anything said meanwhile appears when you unlock.
Where are my earlier conversations?
Tap the clock icon at the top left to open History. Every session is saved automatically.
Why don't my conversations have titles or summaries?
Titles and summaries are written by Apple Intelligence. Turn it on in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri, wait for its download to finish, then reopen LongScribe. Very short conversations keep their date as the title.
How do I rename or delete a conversation?
In History, long-press a conversation for Rename and Delete, or open it and tap the pencil. Leave the name blank to go back to the automatic title.
How do I make the text bigger?
Tap the large A at the top of the screen, or choose a size in Settings. LongScribe also follows the text size set in iOS Settings › Display & Brightness.
How do I share a transcript?
When a session ends, tap Export, or open it from History and tap the Share button.
Does LongScribe send my conversations anywhere?
No. Everything runs on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.

常见问题
一次可以记录多久？
可以连续数小时：随听随译专为长时间的讲道、课程和讲座设计，对话多长就能记录多长，并且边记录边保存。如果要连续记录好几个小时，建议像其他长时间录音一样给 iPhone 接上电源。
"开始"按钮是灰色的。
语音语言还没有下载完成。点按"开始"上方的语言按钮，等两种语言都显示"就绪"。只需要联网下载一次，之后无需联网。
没有显示译文。
请确认已打开翻译（右上角的翻译按钮），并在语言按钮中确认翻译语言显示"就绪"。如果翻译落后，会自动补上。
锁屏后还会继续吗？
会。锁屏时转写不会中断；这段时间的译文会在解锁后显示。
以前的对话在哪里？
点按左上角的时钟图标打开"历史记录"。每次记录都会自动保存。
为什么对话没有标题或摘要？
标题和摘要由 Apple 智能生成。请在"设置 › Apple 智能与 Siri"中打开它，等下载完成后重新打开随听随译。很短的对话会继续用日期作为标题。
如何重命名或删除对话？
在"历史记录"中长按某段对话，选择"重命名"或"删除"；也可以打开对话后点按铅笔图标。名称留空即恢复自动标题。
如何把字调大？
点按屏幕顶部的"大"，或在设置中选择字号。随听随译也会跟随 iOS"设置 › 显示与亮度"中的文字大小。
如何分享转写内容？
记录结束时点按"导出"，或在"历史记录"中打开对话后点按分享按钮。
随听随译会把我的对话发送出去吗？
不会。所有处理都在你的 iPhone 上完成。详见隐私政策。
